I have made a test at home and the database works fine! As I supposed the problem is in the network at my work.

I resolved the problem at my work. It was a problem of permissions (reading and writing) in the folder.
Now I ask You other thing, what's better, a split db or a non-split db? Other question: if I split my DB how can I join again the 2 files (do I import the tables to my working file?) for the DB can be one?
Glad you found the issue with your application. I recommend you split your database --1 Backend on server, a copy of the front end on every user's PC.
