    Conditional Formatting - Using Eval function with wildcards

    I want to have a field turn a color is a string is found, but I need to use wildcards to limit the string. Is it possible to do using the Eval function or some other function?

    you cant do it in a datasheet, but you can do it in a form:

    Code:
    SUB form_onCurrent()

    if INSTR(txtBox,"abc")>0 then
        txtBox.backcolor = vbRed
    else
        txtBox.backcolor = vbWhite
    end if

    end sub
