add more valu during time

how can we add value during time if the number in unknown?


for example : I would like to add more phone number but when I design tables I dont know exactly how many numbers of each cantact there is , so haw I can make my database flexible to add more phone number during time.

Set the field to 15 text. Don't set a pattern so you have flexibility.
