Moving a form from one database to another

Can import a form from one database to another? If so how can I do it?

    Thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

    Go into the destination database.
Go to the External Data tab.
Under the Import ribbon, select Access.
Browse to the database that has the Form you want to import, select the "Import..." radio button, and click OK.
    Move to the Forms tab.
Select the Form you wish to Import and click OK.
