Question Cannot get label to print out correctly

I created a custom sized label. When I run my program, instead of printing one label in the custom size, it prints one 8.5x11 and then follows by 3 blank pages. What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you.

    in the report, make sure
the report has the dimensions you want
    and
the paper is set to the paper you want,
    and
THAT paper is in the tray.

Is all this true for you?

No, it is not true. Just the report has the dimensions I want. I have been using a preview to the screen until I was ready. I am ready now and I will try your suggestion. thank you.

No matter what I do I still cannot get the report the way I want it. I set it up as a label but when I do print-preview / setup, it still shows letter as page size.
