Not enough Memory to Perform Operation.

After 4 hours of changes to a form (slow system response today) I get "Not enough Memory to Perform Operation. Close unneeded programs and try again."
The only program I have open is Access. Can someone tell me why I am getting this and how I can prevent it and get around it? Maybe too many changes at once? Thanks.

Khughes, are you using a split database on a network, and modifying the front end?

Ok, when modifying the front end of a split database, you typically want to copy both your back end database and front end database to your desktop. Delete the link tables in your copyfront end, and link your copyfront end with the copyback end on your desktop. You will not have any lag when designing. Once you finish your changes, just delete the tables and re-link with your back end that's on the network.
