Problem when Word Merging

Hello all,

So I'm experiencing a problem with using Word Merge.

The document is already linked to my database and has been working on all but one PC in my office.



I'm using Access 2013, and most PC's have word 2007 and up.

This PC is giving the following errors:

Most of the time if I get this error, a compact and repair does the trick. However I have tried compact and repair, re-downloading a new front end, and decompile/recompile. Still getting the error.

Also, we tried merging the same document on another computer and it works. We are only getting "Locked by another user" on this one computer.

Any help is appreciated!
