How do I change the title of a form in MS Access 2010? I have tried many ways and none seem to work. This is the title at the top of the form, only.
Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you look at the Properties window yet?
Set focus on the Form by clicking the upper left-hand corner or use the pull-down in the Properties Window to select the Form. I believe you are looking for the Caption property.
Did you consider Google with
How do I change the title of a form in MS Access 2010 ?
Seems to be lots of hits.
Of course I checked Google. That is always the first place that I turn to when I want to find out something about MS Access 2010.
It just was not clear in Google. I do not want to change the name of the form in the Navigation window, I do want to change the name of the form in form design, though.
I just think it is confusing on how to do the latter.

I just changed the Caption of the Form in the properties window and nothing happened. The Form's name was unchanged!
Hence, the question. How does one change a form's name, not the one in the Navigation pane, but the one in the upper left hand corner
of the form view. It has a multi-color square next to it.

I use the Caption property. The effects are visible while in form view. While in design view, you should see the form's name.
Perhaps you can provide a screen shot if we are not fully understanding.
I think I got this one now. The changed title only is shown in the Form View.
