    Organizations v. Individuals how to set up

    I am trying to design a database where I am tracking a membership. I have an Organizations table and an Individuals table. My Memberships can be either an organization or an individual. Organizations and Individuals must be a many to many relationship. Any help would be great.

    It seems you could keep both in the same table, with a MemType flag, O or I .
    they all have name,address, phone.
