Create a report with a query with multiple results

I have a report I created that pulls data in from a query. The query has multiple results for the data (ServiceID). I want to display all the results. How do I go about making this happen?

Have you tried starting with the report wizard, using the query as the base? By default the report will display all records returned by the query, so not sure why yours isn't.
