Question Now this is a good one!!!! Need a lot of help here

    Hi All,

I have created an access database. This dBase uses several tables. One table is a Practice table containing a approx. 113 records of GP practices. When I use a query to find a specific GP practice, the query works just fine. I use the Primary key of the GP practice to query the table. When I view a form based on the query, all the records whose key is less than 100 show in the form perfectly. The records whose keys are numbered 100 to 113 do not. HOWEVER, if I take the form into Design Mode and then back to Form mode, GUESS WHAT, they show up!!!! Anyone know what is going on here?

    Ciao,
    Dr Rob

you may have saved your <100 criteria in the form filter (or query filter if the form recordsource is a query) in error
