Using EmailDatabaseObject to email filtered Report based on Parent/Child ID field link

I searched the forums and there are a number of topics on email but they are all based on visual basic which I have no knowledge of and frankly I am not comfortable with using because I wouldn't know how to fix something or alter something if it went wrong.

I have set up a macro using the EmailDatabaseObject option to send a report. I used the =[email] field for the "To" option.

This part seems to work fine. When I activate the macro it opens the message for editing. When I preview the report it has the full report included. Is there a way I can manipulate this so only the pages of the report associated with the master ID/ parent field will be emailed to the associated email address? I am trying to email contract offers using this method and I really don't want to mess this up. Thanks!

Sounds like need to open the report filtered to desired records.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
