Limiting rights to different users

Hi,



I have a table with certain number of fields. But I don't want users to view all the records. I want to restrict them viewing only to particular records.

For Eg. Records have a field Location. Location has records like Singapore, Dresden, Malta etc. Now I want to give different users different rights. For User 1, Only Singapore, for User 2 only Malta.

Similarly it can be a combination of 2 fields. If another field is Supply_base, and contains Domestic, International, InterHouse etc, User 1 should be given only rights to view Domestic. So overall, user 1 has rights only to view Singapore Location which are domestic supply base.

Any tutorials or codes related to this are needed. Kindly share them.
