How to use Report Output as a Table?

My reports 8 fields Sorted basis on 2 fields for ranking.

And, I want ranked data export to a new table for further use.



Any ideas appreciated.

reports don't work that way. your report will be based on some sort of source data, if it's a query you just have to change it to a make table query, or copy and paste the query to a different name first.

Yes, those report based on a query.

But, Calculated Query Field didn't Sorted accordingly AND I didn't able to put a serial on query result, which I got on Report Design Way.

I tried earlier with a calculated query field Total: ([Jan]+[Feb]+[Mar]), where Jan, Feb, Mar were number field. The problem is, Total Field behave as string field. Like,

10540
245
24543
!!!!

After all, Query is not get a serial like Report (Control Source: =1, Running Sum: Over All)

Query fields can be formatted also,

format(text1,"dd mm yy")
also the order of fields determines the sort result if you sort on multiple fields
