unique id on the primary key help

hi, i am currently trying to update my job number file from a paper record to a computer database. At the moment our job number unique id is in the format of "Month-Number-Year" so each month the number resets back to 1 and just the month and year changes, can this be done in access and be set as the primary key? For example, i want march job numbers to be
    03 01 15, 03 02 15, 03 03 15 etc... and then for April i want them to be 04 01 15, 04 02 15 etc...
    Can this be done?

You really need to review/read some of the basics re: relational database.
