Vba for numerous rows of form with checkbox, please.

I am working on a database and there is a form with repeating rows. Each row has an id number, address, etc. Each row also has a checkbox called fulfilled.

If some or one fulfilled checkboxes gets checked and the accept button is clicked another table must be updated with a date for each row.

Updating the table is not the problem. The problem is how do I code this on click with more than one checkbox?

I haven't done anything like this before.

If it was one row it would be if box is checked than update, simple enough.

However, There can be any number of rows, so I'm stuck.

    Thank you,

    Josheir

These 'rows' are records and the checkbox is bound to field?

Why is the date saved into another table?

One option is looping code that moves to each record of the form's RecordsetClone object and runs the UPDATE sql.

I guess really it is a report with a checkbox for each record. I'm not sure if I use recordsetClone object yet?

Yes, the rows are records with a bound checkbox.

I was considering saving an ending date (EndDate) data field in a table because the order was fulfilled by the checkbox.

Instead of checkbox, why not just field with the date value? Date is more informative than yes/no. I still don't understand why date should go to another table. I don't know data structure so can't really advise what you should do.
