Show only customers that have had no purchases

This might have a simple solution but I am having a hard time with this. One table has customer information. The other table has different products purchased by customers referring to their IDs. Some customers have purchased 0 of one product and 1 or more of another product.

I am trying to create a query for customers that have not purchased any products. If I put =0 in the criteria for purchased products there is a display of customers that have purchased 0 of those particular products but not necessarily 0 of any product.

Your data structure will determine how you need to do this, so I think we need to clarify that. For the customers who have purchased nothing, do they have records in your purchased table (with a zero somewhere), or do they not have any records in that table at all?

It might be helpful to post some sample records of each table so we can see what they look like.
