    Query outputs duplicates from 1 table

    I have a query that should output the number of records in one table. The query is supposed to pull all records from the last quarter based on a Date Field in the table. The query pulls the correct data, but it outputs each record twice. Here is the criteria used on the Date field.
    Year(Date())*4+DatePart("q",Date())-1
