I have a report in MS Access 2010 that prints to a Government form. One Section which I've set as the detail portion has a Maximum of 6 lines to print on the form. If there are more than 6 detail rows the additional rows must be printed on a second form. With the Group Header and Group Footer printing on each page.
I have the group header set up correctly however I have 3 issues and not sure where to go from here.
1. If the detail rows are Greater than 6 how do I stop the detail section and finish the detail on the next page.
2. Related to #1 how do I get the Group Footer to print on every page.
3. If the detail rows are less than 6 I still need to create the space for the remaining lines so the footer prints in the correct area of the form.
For example if there are 2 detail lines I still need to print the footer after the 6th detail line would have printed had there been one.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
