Creating an entry form using Access, compiling results in a central location, keeping confidential

I would like to send out a form/email to individuals, have them fill in a form and have the results compiled into a central database and have them be only visible to me.

    Explore the Collect Data utility.

Restricting data to only you may be difficult if this is a multi-user db.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
