Link Access form to existing Excel spreadsheet

Hello,

I'm trying to link entries into an Access 2010 form with an Excel 2010 spreadsheet.

Here's what I'm trying to do:

Access Database containing info for Sample #A
The entry for Sample #A in the Access database has a field where notes for the sales department are entered.

Excel Spreadsheet containing info for Sample #A
The spreadsheet has info entered for this same Sample #A. I want to link the field in the Access form to a cell in the Excel spreadsheet so that when info is entered for Sample #A into the field in Access, the cell corresponding to Sample #A in the Excel spreadsheet will be updated as well.



Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cannot edit Excel sheet through a link. This would involve complex VBA code.
