combobox to populate item based on other combobox and save the record

hello accessforum.net friends,

I have tables : tblItems, tblItemGroups, tblPurchase

When designing an entry form for tblPurchase , I want item list to be populated on item group selected on the first combo box.



I am able to do it in a form where i m not adding any record but when i try it with single form, first record goes ok but on next record its not allowing me to repopulate list when i change item group.

Solved this with some trial and errors,..!!
