I would like to receive a notification by mail when a minimum amount reaches my request.
I started at 40, when I reach 8 (restant) I want to receive an alert by email.

What event do you want to use to run process of sending email? You should just run a report daily that shows this info.

Code has to be in some event - such as a button click or form open. Code could loop through a recordset and send email for records that meet criteria or send one email with report attached. Sending emails is a common topic. Search forum.

Simplest approach is to just open a filtered report.
