I'm sure this will help, but as a complete beginner I have no idea where to start
Start with what - posting macro code or attaching database?

I have even tried a new Database but keep getting same message if I create Navigation Form
On trying several new Databases the error only comes up if I add a form to the Navigation Form, Tables and reports work fine
I don't like and don't use navigation form. Can't help if don't have anything to analyze.
