Editing Contacts connected to Bounced Emails

    Hello!

I am a complete newbie at Access. My current version is 2013.
    My case is:

I have recently started working (intern) for this company and before the holidays I had to send 5000+ emails to people (SPAM!!!!) and around 1.300 emails bounced back, now that my (beloved)boss knows that almost half of his contacts are outdated he wants me to change ALL of the contacts in order for the emails not to bounce back in the future.

I have tried to create two linked tables and connect the bounced emails to the contacts but I failed miserably.

The content of the emails are usually the same

This is the mail system at host dragon.pibit.ch.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

    The mail system

    <XXX@xxxx.com>: lost connection with
@xxxx[216.87.78.2] while receiving the initial server
    greeting
    So my question is:

Is there any possible way to do what I want to do and make my life easier instead of taking 1 month job to change each contact? If so, how can I do that?

Thank you very much in advance!!!

ps. I tried this website but no success

What was the nature of the miserable failure - error message, wrong results, nothing happens?

Why did the advice at the linked site not work - what happened? Did you create folder? Did you create rules? Did you download their app?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
