Question search filter control? is there one in Access?

Is there an search filter form wizard or control for MS Access (2010 or 2013)? That is, you can create a form with the wizard quickly that you can scroll through and add records at the bottom, but if you wanted to complement this with search filter fields on the left, to filter down the amount of rows being displayed? For example like this:

Name:	filter.png
Views:	6
Size:	54.8 KB
ID:	19357

If not what would be the best approach?

could be an an autonumber field for example (in my example I called it ID)

I guess what I'm after is like a "split form" wizard that also throws in some filtering capability to limit the number of rows you see
