I have a table that includes several years’ worth of injury data. See example below.

Building A	Fall/Slip	On Ice or Snow
Building B	Fall/Slip	On Ice or Snow

Building C	Fall/Slip	On Ice or Snow
Building C	Fall/Slip	On Ice or Snow

Is there an easy way to count the total # of incidents by work location and remove the duplicates? See example below. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Building A	1	Cut/Pun/Scrp	Power Hand Tool
Building A	2	Fall/Slip	Into Openings

Try an aggregate (GROUP BY) Totals query. Or build a report and use Grouping & Sorting features with aggregate calcs in group footer section. The report will allow display of detail records as well as summary calcs. This is basic Access functionality.
