I created a report based on a cross tab query with parameters. When I run the report, I'm prompted to enter the parameters multiple times. Is there a way to define the parameters in the cross tab query to eliminate the multiple prompts?

Do your parameters reference input controls on a form?

No. The parameters are just date criteria for the query.
Post the SQL statement of the CROSSTAB or provide db for analysis.
Did the info in the link help?

Unfortunately, the info in the link was not really helpful because I'd already defined the parameters. The crosstab SQL is below. Thanks!
PARAMETERS [Enter Month Starting Date] DateTime, [Enter Month Ending Date] DateTime;
TRANSFORM Count(dbo_RecoveryCase.[File ID]) AS [CountOfFile ID]
SELECT dbo_RecoveryCase.[Recomended Closing Reason], Count(dbo_RecoveryCase.[File ID]) AS [TotalOfFile ID]
FROM dbo_RecoveryCase
WHERE (((dbo_RecoveryCase.Department)="Investigations") AND ((dbo_RecoveryCase.[Closed Date]) Between [Enter Month Starting Date] And [Enter Month Ending Date]))
GROUP BY dbo_RecoveryCase.[Recomended Closing Reason]
PIVOT dbo_RecoveryCase.[Team Lead];
The parameters are set to be popups. Better to use a form for input and parameters reference controls on form. That should eliminate the repetitive popup prompts.
