Access 2010 - Add, Delete and Save Records are causing issues

    Hello

I would like some help with issues I am having Access form buttons:

My access form was working fine till recently. I've recently added a new text box with an 'IIf query' which works fine but now the "Records" buttons are throwing all these issues.

Add Record - error (you can't go to the specified record error)

Save Record - error (The command or action 'SaveRecord' isn't available now.)
DeleteRecord - error (The command or action 'DeleteRecord' isn't available now.)

FindRecord and CloseForm buttons work fine.

Is the form bound to a query? My guess is that it has become read only. Try editing data directly in the query.

    Paul,

Yes the form is bound to a query. How do I change access to the form so that I can write to it?

Did you test editing data in the query? I suspect one of these:
