What would be your suggestion that would imitate MV fields?

Not really 'imitating' MV fields - just a normalized data structure with tables.

A related dependent table and form/subform arrangement.

I'm not sure how to apply that with the type of organization I have now.

Not sure what type of organization has to do with normalizing a database. Why would your type of organization make normalizing a database any different than for any other?

Because I have to structure the database to the procedures and structure we have in place now. The format we have in place now matches the format for the MV field. Not to mention, my database is fairly large right now, and I'm not sure I have the time to put into normalizing it for these couple fields and then making sure everything affected by this change works properly.

    Sorry for the late response.

Nope. I'll just have to put them in by hand. Unless there's a shortcut I don't know about. Thank you anyway!

It is possible to modify contents of MV field using VBA. https://www.accessforums.net/program...vba-21259.html
