When I try to inport a record by ODBC and this table have 12 (or more) primary keys, i got an error message, that i can't use more than 10 primary keys.
Is this officially problem or can i to solve the problem in the setting?

Why do you have so many Primary Keys? That doesn't seem to make sense to me to ever have that many.
Can you describe/post some of your data (or examples of it)?
You don't have 12 primary keys, you have 12 fields that compose a unique key, there's a difference. A primary key is a single field that is not repeated anywhere in your dataset. A unique key is a single field, or combination of fields that prevents you from having duplicates in your data. If you want to make a single primary key you would have to concantenate all your 12 fields into a single field, assuming none of the 12 fields would ever change.
