Help me fix the form & subform

There is a form "Purchase" and Subform "Purchase Subform" on Form Purchase there is a combo box by which Account Title is selected and then on subform transaction data is entered.

If by mistake account title is not selected, even then data can be entered in "Purchase subform" on default Account Title.

What I need is, how can I restrict data cannot be entered in purchase subform if Account Title is not selected in the combo of "Purchase Form" or in other words subform is only activated after selection of Account Title in the combo box.

A Sample is attached for better understanding.

    Your help is appreciated

I suggest you review your purchases table. In my view you have too many fields and are masking other entities.
Typically with Purchase applications, you have Customers and Orders. Yours may be different, but the Purchases table
seems to hold various types of info.
    Good luck with your project.
