Date entered into a form is repeating on all forms

Sorry for the title. I am assisting a coworker on an existing form. On the form itself when she types in a date in the field it updates and repeats that same date on all the other forms.

Let say this form is 100 pages of companies and she is updating the form directly for one company that they ordered a supply on such date. When she enters the date on the form it enters the date on all the 100 companies.

Does this make sense.

Any help is appreciated.

If the txt box is UNbound it will show the same date on all records. (tho its not on the record)

is there a query you run in the update query, that does NOT filter the 1 company in the critiera during update?
