    deduct Quantity from a Query

hello, i have a table of locations and a table of items, i created a New conjunction table in between, and merged the 2 in one table so i can link them together, and i created a query out of them, and removed the Auto Number ID field ( in the query ) and i set Grouped By in the item and location criteria, and set sum to the quantity criteria ( In Query ) , the question is how can i deduct from in the query by typing the same item name in another conjunction table which has a form ? ... it does feel like far fetched im sorry =l if theres way then hurray if not then thanks anyway!

hmmm..... i think i have to find the records and deduct them 1 by 1 individually in the other conjunction table

What do you mean by 'deduct' - just filter out some records?

Instead of GROUP BY query, bind form or report to table or simple SELECT query. Calculate the Sum in textbox in footer section. Apply filter criteria to exclude records.
