    Can't make the Tab transparent

I want to set the small rectangle at the right of the tabs to transparent.

The tab control is set to transparent.

I used the code from here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2...-control-color
    But didn't make it.
    Maybe it's because I have windows 7?

    This is the mdb:dbTabsTransparent.zip

Cannot replicate your 'problem' running Windows 7. Is this graphic a screen shot in Form View or Design View?

    I guess it's because you have Access 2007, I have 2003.

Sorry, I went down into the dungeon and dug out an old box with Access 2003 on it and get the same results. The only way I can duplicate the problem (whether Back Style is set to Normal or Transparent) is in Design View, not in Form View.

Hopefully someone else will come along who has seen this, before! Sorry!
