    Print Checkbox on report only if checked

    Hi,All


    I want checkboxes to print on a report ONLY IF the checkbox value is "true" , if the checkbox is checked. If it is not checked, I don't want it to print at all.
    The report contains data from multiple records, some with the checkbox=1 and others with the checkbox=0
    Is it possible for a small example of this

    Then why use a checkbox? Why not a textbox with an expression:

    =IIf(True, "Yes", Null)

    Is this a Yes/No field in table? A Yes/No field has -1/0 values.

    I think you might need to try

    Code:
    =IIf(CheckBoxName, "Yes", Null)

    Oooops, of course should have fieldname in expression. Fingers have a mind of their own.
