Design a Database with 10 Tables (I will pay for this Job)

Hello,
I want to programming a tool to create Invoices for Vehicles.


Now i have written the Requirements in Word Document. Which Databases are needed an also which Attributes are necessary. I dont know how i can set the Dependencies. If somebody can help me quickly please send me a PM
