    Creating a Clean User Application

    Here's the question:

After getting a functioning Appplication, How do you Hide all the stuff like the queries, and forms. And launch a startup form? I've got 2007 - So anything I ever learned about this is hidden somewhere in this "improved interface"

here are the things i know how to do in 07:

    *disable shift key bypass
    *hide the navigation pane
    *disable special keys

most of what you want is in the "access options" button when you click on the ribbon icon. when you click it, check out the "current database" menu. in this menu you can:

*disable the use of special keys (like F11 to show the navigation pane)
*specify a startup form (Display Form)
*shut off the navigation pane by default (display navigation pane)
*disabling the bypass key is not in there, so you have to use code. check this out: http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/...=disable+shift
