How to tell where a query or macro has been used

I have been setting up my first db and have been doing a lot of trial and error things to learn the program. i am ready to stream line it now and i want to start getting rid of some queries and macros that i ended up not using. is there any way to get a list of impacted objects. in other words, for example can i click on a query and find out what reports reference it and so on? i would hate to delete a query and then find out that it was used in a report that i wanted to keep.
