Not sure what you're asking or trying to do.
You've posted in the Forms forum but are asking about fields which are in tables, not forms. Forms have controls which may or may not be bound to a field

Why would you want to? Routinely modifying table structure is indication of a non-normalized database. Once a db is fully deployed, design changes should be rare.

What June7 said! If you want a Control to sometimes be there, sometimes not, depending on what type of Form you're using, you can control the Control's Visibility property.
But we really need to know more about what you're trying to do, here, in plain language!

I just want to know can we delete/insert field in any form by vba. It is just for my knowledge. There are no any resion because i'm not designing any db but i'm learning Access myself from internet.
Yes. The form has to be opened in design view. Then it must be saved with the modification.
