Combine fileds in Report

Hi,
Can you guyz tell me how to combine two or three fields in one field.

Please see my attachment.
I want to combine ADDRESS, ISLAND & ATOLL in one field or one line by each one separated by commas.

[Address] & ", " & [Island] & ", " & [Atoll]
