I'm using Access and Word 2010.



When I create a Word Mail merge from access, the merge works fine and creates the document, but when the user attempt to save the results as a PDF, or to save it etc, they can't access the file tab in the ribbon for those purposes (the screen, except the ribbon, seems properly interactive otherwise). A work-around is if the app-screen in minimized and maximized again, it starts behaving normally.

Did anyone else experience something like this, or have any ideas? It's making me look rather silly :P
