Report printing extra pages of the same report.

I have a meeting minutes report where there may be more than one meeting about the same subject but different purposes. Each report of minutes is printed right after the meeting. So when the next metting occurs I don't want the previou minutes to print. That part is working fine. It's the second and third time I have minutes where the problem occurs. For this purpose I have unchecked the "Printed" switch. When I print the report (attached) I get 5 pages and should only get 3. The I checked the first record and printed again; got 4 pages this time. Checked the second record and got just 2 pages (all attached). The DB I did this with is also attached.

Are you running these reports directly or from a form? Which form?

From a form. The one that opens when the DB is opened.

You'll have to forgive me while I get used to your system. The button on the form just shown a preview. How do you actually print the report and how many pages would you expect? 1 page per report? Print all of the reports that have not been printed yet?

I attached the reports in the order I expected them to print. The first one each one should only have one page. I am selecting the data based on an ID that is not printed, but I can tell because of the name. Every time I print a report I turn on a swithch so it doesn't print again. However, I don't know why, but when I deleted the additional records and recreated the printing everything worked just fine. Problem went away. I'll leave this thread open for another day in case anyone may still be investigating this problem. Thanks to all who are looking at this.
