Hello
I have created a report with conditional formatting on e.g. if the value of the field is "Good" colour the field box it sits in green and the text the same colour green. When you view the report this provides a column with a Red, Amber, Green (RAG) rating. Viewing the text is irrelevant as i just want people to view a colour. When i print directly from the report the colours all match up as expected. This report needs to be sent electronically so i have set up an export to pdf. The problem occurs when printing the pdf. The background colouring of the cell and the text are slightly different colours. This only occurs on the Green colour and not on the amber or red. The result is that you can faintly see the text written in the box.
I am using windows XP and office 2007.
Anyone got any ideas on how this can be sorted?
If things need to be shared i will be limited as the data involved is sensitive although I can probably create a copy to replicate the problem. I work as a consultant and am only with this client once a week/fortnight so apologies if my replies take a little while.
