How to "freeze" page headers for a report

Is there a way to keep page headers/title always displayed when scrolling down throw the report?

Put them in the PAGE header. (they will show on every page)
(but not on a page as you scroll down on that same page.)
    Reduce your view %.

None that I know of and I doubt can be done. I don't think there is such a feature in Access report. Reports are not like Excel spreadsheet. Forms are intended for screen viewing and reports are intended for print.
