my problem is when i send a print from ms Access 2003 Database report print on thermal printer, it print this report very slow and not cut the paper

Usually Access doesnt control printing. Access sends to the printer buffer and IT controls it.
Check the thermal printer properties via the Windows Operating System's "Printers and Faxes" window.
If the thermal printer is not the default printer, you might try setting it as default and removing the page setup settings in the Access report for the thermal printer. By doing this, Access will choose to print using the same port and drivers the Operating System sees.
Test the thermal Printer from the OS. From the Windows Operating System's "Printers and Faxes" window, right click the default printer and choose "Properties" for XP or "Printer Properties" for W7. Click "Print Test Page" from the Properties window and test the performance of the thermal printer. Compare test to Access' performance.
