Image .jpg get original height and width using vba

I have spent a great deal of time with no success trying to find out how to simply get the original dimensions from an image file. for example, I would like to know if the file is 800 X 400 pixels (or twips or any measurement).
For later calculations, I need to get the original dimensions and not the dimensions once it is assigned to an image box. I realize that the image box has height and width dimensions but that doesn't work for my
purposes. Also, using fso objects, I can get all the other file info but not the image dimensions. Any ideas?

I think I use Word to get a conversion before creating controls in Access. Also need to take into consideration resolution. Different resolutions will cause different sizes for controls.
