Forms: All my info disapears in form view under the detail section of my form why???

I have created a access database that has a form for my menu's with button that takes me to queries or other form menus and such. The problem is that I have a header on each one of these forms (menu's) and also a detail section. In the detail section in form view it hides every single thing, and in the header I have a few bound bound text boxes that link to a query that has all my project info and it populates that to all my menus. Those also lose thier link and will not populate. I have using this program for the past few projects and real issues till now, I am not sure what I have changed to make this happen.
(also if I go into design view and select form properties, under the data tab I change the record type from dynaset to dynaset (Inconsistent Updates) all my detail info reapears but I still do not have my link in my header for my text boxes?????

(I am a rookie need help)

Are the forms you are experiencing trouble with being opened in Add mode? Perhaps you have created intrinsic referential integrity rules that are causing issues with the form's ability to create a Recordset.

Perhaps you have created intrinsic referential integrity rules that are causing issues with the form's ability to create a Recordset. Consider visiting your queries to see if they are updatable and can be appended.
