Join A Field In One Table to Two Fields In Another Table

I have a table in my DB that has fields for RequestorID and ApproverID. Both these fields need to link to a single field in in the Employees table (EmployeeID), however Access will not let me create both relationships; when I try to create the second I get a message that "A relationship already exists." How is this accomplished without actually copying the whole Employees table twice in my DB?

    Thanks,
    Aaron

Add it to the relationship window twice. Access will alias the copy. Join one field to the table and one to the alias.
