I am trying to make a button to sort records in The Form?

I am trying to make a button that when clicked it will filter the records on that form?
If you can see my picture I would like the buttons to be under need by and the sort values?

No need for a button to filter, just right-click on the column, filter

but what does " to be under need by" mean?

Well I was thinking I could have the name a clickable name but then I was just going to add a button there but for the users to not be able to see it but use it kind of deal.
